My 50lb goal was a new pair of running shoes. Hit it!!! My 100lb. goal will be a new dress which I'm hoping to hit before my husband and my 19 year anniversary in mid July. After that when I reach my goal weight, it will be a complete new wardrobe shopping spree!!! I cannot wait.

I take a chewable multivitamin (Complete), a calcium vitamin, Biotin, Iron, Potassium, B-12, and Vitamin D. My doctor said this would be for the rest of my life!!! I literally have to have one of those hourly pill dispenser/sorters to keep track of when I take them all.

I work a swing shift and am on graveyards right now. My job requires me to monitor operations from a console of computers, so sitting is a lot of my job. However, I do have to make 3 rounds per shift to go outside and get readings and samples...I have been trying to add more steps in this time frame to break up the…

So after a visit in March to my GP, I now have to take high blood pressure meds along with the thyroid meds. Great! One more step in the wrong direction.
