Do you have a support group near you? Other than on here I mean? Otherwise, maybe you just need to sit down and discuss with her how the competitiveness is effecting you? Welcome :-) This site is awesome. I only started using it 3 weeks ago. It makes me so much more conscious of what I am actually putting in my mouth and using correct portions/servings rather than over filling my plate like I used to do.

Can I join? Been doing it for three weeks now and am really enjoying it. Think I'm addicted since I've been doing at least one DVD a day. Usually the 20 minute express but did both the cardio party and the sculpt and tone this weekend. Between Zumba, walking and belly dancing I've lost 4 kgs since I started.

Agree with the others - date nights and bonding time. Sometimes just sitting down and having a good old chat can help too.

I google it. Sometimes I get an answer, sometimes I don't. If I can't find an answer then I try to use a generic one already listed in the database.

I put on weight with it this month. Not fair, but you know, you loose it again the following week.

You can adjust the calorie amount to what you think you did. I use a pedometer which while not always accurate for he calorie count gives me a general idea of what my exercise log should be saying. If, the exercise doesn't have anything to match mine then I adjust or create my own exercises for the database.
