Distraction is the best way for me :) I go to the gym and you dont think about eating :) Drink water first too or I always pull out the old photos massive distraction xxx

At lunch time I try to reheated left overs from a previous meal time :) Sometimes lunch could be very boring I try to have a variety of things. Survived lunch and it was amazing :) I did as everyone suggested and managed to log in similar food items to give me a general idea. I feel so proud of myself and how I have learned to eat soo much healthier and enjoy it I know il lose this little bit of weight and get to my target deffo thank you everyone x

Stay strong :) I find the best way is too not get bored by going and doing something either reading, out and about of exercise the mins u have to sit down and not be busy are points where you could just sit and eat xx I had lost 6 stones and changed my life then went through one of the hardest moments of my life ive stayed…

You should speak to your doctor :( If you have a eating disorder it can damage your body stomach etc which will affect your periods x

Thanxs yeh :) Previous to my fitness pal I lost 6 stones and now with just a little to gooo soo hard if I have a day when I think omg I cant do this Id pull out the photos. Were soo hung up with where we want to be we dont say well done from where we came from its a fab quick reminder x

I take a photo every couple of months now I can look back and visually see my achievements xx
