There's definitely a difference! Your tummy, hips and thighs all look slimmer. Take a look at side/hip area around the side of your panties...there was more bulge there in the before pic. Don't give up!

In three months, I'd like to be 25 lbs smaller.

The only way I keep my cravings at bay is to stay away from sugar and white flour. I try to eat mostly meat, veggies, lower sugar fruits, and nuts. I quit soda, except when I am craving I might have a diet soda or flavored carbonated drink. I also have been treating myself to some no sugar added frozen yogurt almost every…

Definitely have kids first if you want to have have kids...yes stranger things will happen to your breasts with pregnancy, including your areola getting larger which can be fixed along with the surgery...in the mean time, try some exercises that strengthen the chest muscles, and it will help lift you a bit...

I have a terrible lower belly pooch since having two kids. A few years ago I managed to get my weight down to 129 (I am 5'2") and the poochy area was then at least able to be covered with underwear or a bathing suit...It got down to the point where it was just basically loose skin....but now I have gained all my weight…
