i have lots almost all my cellulite. i dont know how but its vanished. i do lots of lunges squats bicycling running. and drink a excessive amount of water.

i had a protein shake, two scoops protein, banana (frozen) and 8 oz of Silk almond milk. oh and a cup of coffee.

i don't workout at a gym and i don't know much about working out... but i am also looking to tone and loose a little weight. i started biking and i also do the gold gyms bikini workout (lots of squats)as well as the 30 day shred and have noticed a HUGE difference in my thighs.

when i first started doing workout vdeos i didnt wear shoes (i have hardwood floors).. i noticed my feet started hurting as the days progressed. i suggest wearing shoes.

what kind of things do you do with your venison? definitely a hunter, just don't cook it very much except loin and jerky!

I started off at only eating 1200 calories and doing cardio workouts everyday for 1/2 hr - 1 hr. I didn't see any improvements for a full month except for maybe 1 lb. I moved up to eating 1350 calories plus "some" of my workout calories and I dropped 5 lbs in 5 days! I am feeling better as well, it is just really hard to…

I just bought the Sketchers GoRun 2 shoes, I fell absolutely in love with them. They are so light and comfortable. I wont be wearing anything else to run in!

ok so what about peanut butter.... what kind is the healthiest? or is almond butter better? I need help in the grocery department... besides fresh & frozen fruits i don't know what to buy.... especially meats! I definitely don't do fish!

yum, I love bananas and I love peanut butter lol. I have tried hummus and I cant get over the texture, Im a bigggg texture person. That is why I cant eat fish :(
