Second talking to your doctor, mine told me to not gain weight but don't try to lose too much either since baby needs nutrients to grow. Also, you have been doing this for a week? Even if you weren't pregnant that would be too soon to tell anything. Sounds like you are limiting yourself way too much. I basically did the…

Don't give it up! Sounds like you can work it in. I actually log everything in a week in advance or so and make adjustments as I go, it helps me stay in check.

The secret to sturdy califlour crust is to squeeze all the water out after you cook the califlour and add an extra egg. I did this last time and it stood up to holding like regular crust.
-
Yeah this is a hard one since there is more colories since you probably don't get all the fat out and the other leftover items. I do 50 calories a cup if I strain as much fat as possible.

Yeah I think it was not using raw, I do it all the time to put with saucy dishes. It isn't rice but it is good on its own. I just use my food processers grater then war it up in the microwave or in a really hot skillet, no oil.

Walking is great. I have also found the offcial c25k program jumps a little to fast for my liking. I did the Zombies, run one and it is much more gradual and works in stretches and other exercises.

If you are always hungry (vs just a day or two) then you probabaly need to look at what you are eating or up your goal. If I tried to do 1200 I would be hungry and mean all the time. At 1500-1600 I am losing and staying pretty satisified.

Use a food processor if you have one with the grater attachment. It comes out about rice size. The cook just a few minutes with some salt and seasoning and you are good to go.

I think we all agree the PF chang case is silly :)

She got more because they jerked her around and made it go to court, increasing her costs and suffering, and to discourage them from continuing the practice. So think of it as her bills to her and a fine to help out society. That is basically what punative damages are, making the cost so high that it is cheaper to not do…
-
yeah i would rather the "fine" go the people harmed then the government.
-
But should people who did wrong be held accountable? You can't punish a business by throwing it in jail, so money is the only recourse.
-
It is foreseeable that someone might spill it though, and the courts found the woman 20% responsible and reduced damages accordingly. If McDonalds had done as they were supposed to (remember the kept the water at a dangerously high temperature that they already knew caused burns and was 30-40 degrees higher than industry…
-
So it is okay for companies to put you in more dangerous situations than asked for? I expect drinks to be hot, I don't expect them to give me 3rd degree burns because you are not supposed to keep them that hot.

She wasn't driving. Common misconception. This was an older lady in the passanger seat and the car was parked while she took off the lid to put in suger and cream.
-
The coffee case is one of those that is really misunderstood. McDonalds had over 700 cases of burns and held their coffee at a much higher temp then recommended which caused the lady (who was sitting in a non moving vehicle) to get 3rd degree burns over 6% of her body. If the store had held the coffee at the correct…

I have gotten hooked on shredded cauliflower for stews and saucy dishes. I do it for calorie reasons but it works for low carb as well.

Do you have exteranl music player turned on in the options? I do on my android and it pauses Pandora or anything else I have running for the story parts, no need to manually click anything.
-
Make sure you stretch and cool down. I skipped that part when I began and ended on hurting myself. I suggest doing some extra stretching or even some yoga videos to keep your joints and muscles loose on other days.
-
love it. It can now support exteranl music, i just throw pandora on and it works fine. I started with the C25K one and now do the full one.

I love cheese also but have found I need less than I thought. Get good sharp and strong cheese and you will need less also. Then enjoy what you have!

MFP is higher, usually by 200 calories or so.

I generally log is as low impact aerobics. I did wear my HRM a few weeks ago to a class. It was 45 minutes and I burned 350 calories in it. 230 lbs 5'8' if that helps.

Super geek here as well. Video games (PC and Console 'cause I swing both ways), superwholock, knitting, ren fairs, D&D; all that fun stuff.

I had the same issue. In 3 years I have only had 4-5 people actually say anything negative, and had a ton say positive things to me, particularly the "real" runners, who are super supportive. Sunglasses do help though. It sounds odd but being able to stare people down gives you some confidence.

I actually really like the cauliflower crust. No getting used to it. It doesn’t taste like bread but I think it complimented the toppings well. I stay lower carb just because I feel sluggish if I have too many (try to stay around 100 a day)
