A latte is almost completely milk (a shot of espresso is a very small amount of liquid). If you fill up a venti cup with milk it will absolutely be at least 170 calories.

Actually, third: Try doing full-body exercises rather than just lifting weights or focusing on one muscle at a time. My favorite is the Spartacus workout

This is what I would suggest (always works for me, and I see visible changes in a week or two at most): First, ignore the suggestions on the app and eat very low-carb.
