yes i am always over as i have milk and fruit. I figure though they are all healthy sugars so just ignore it. And i avoid processed foods especially those with white sugar in it as much as possible.

That kind of thing happened to me in the beginning too. Count it as a loss. Expect you may put a little bit of it back on though if you happen to have a saltier meal or something before a weigh-in - so don't get discouraged. But a loss is a loss, even if is water!

The food you are eating is good. But you need to eat a bit more. Most days you were under 1200. And you don't want to go into starvation mode and/or be lethargic. Add some more nuts or something if you are not feeling like eating more. That are high in goodness and in calories so it is easy to get to what you need.

sounds like it might be shin splints. Go to a physio if you can. You don't want to make it worse and screw up future exercise.

Just make sure it is a whey isolate (unless you are allergic to milk or a vegan). Avoid protein concentrates and avoid soy concentrates or isolates. make your own in a food processor. It's really easy, you just blend nuts. Can add a bit of olive oil or something too if they are too dry. But it is a good way of making a healthier version with no salt or sugar etc.

you'd have to make it before your workout and put it in a thermos to take to work. otherwise i guess you could just make an omlet or scrambled eggs in your microwave. Green smoothies would be so much better though :)
