Look. After being stuck at exactly 182.8 for so long, I'm taking this as I started eating back some of my exercise calories and the scale moved. I must not be as stupid as y'all think.

hate to disagree, but the WORK is the eating well and exercising. logging it into an app is the easy part.

well based on everyone in RL that i;ve talked to, who knows how i eat and work out etc, the advice was to eat more. so i was asking if y'all agreed with that and how long to see results.

yeah but MFP is not a first resort. i've been counting calories and working out like a beast for 6 months. so it feels pretty dang depressing.

the cookies are paleo other than the oatmeal- they have no sugar other than the chocolate which i leave out. the sweet potato home fries came from a paleo cookbook. and the ranch dressing is Tessemae's made for paleo- dairy free olive oil based.

i appreciate all you are saying. i eat tons of fruit and veg, but much of it is contained in recipes. also we get our veg from a local farm share so lately it's been kinda potato heavy, which is annoying. i'm acutally gonna cancel that and get back to having more control.

what it;s hard to see without looking at my recipes is that the "breakfast cookies" have apples, bananas, cranberries and i actually do eat tons of veggies. y'all are gonna hate this too, but we are Paleo otehr than oatmeal and occasional chipotle.

i'm a control freak. the variables scare me honestly. i've basically hovered at the same place since april no matter how i;ve eaten or exercised.

agreed. and the fact i'm breastfeeding, which is sadly probably the culprit as it has been for many. i don;t want to take that from my daughter early, but i'm so sick of feeling fat.

have you taken a spin class at a sustained 160-180bpm? done the JMBR workouts at 150-175 bpm sustained? as a 180 pound woman? i'm fairly confident in my burns. i will give the logging more time, because i do want to see if eating more helps.

i explained why i jsut started logging. because i get very ocd about controlling the food. because if i'm not careful anorexia is an issue. there. laid bare. happy now?

other than eating more the past week my calories inhavent changed in months. i have a certtain set of meal/recipes that i;ve been eating. they have not changedexcept over the past week i've added more fats.
