  • Thanks Everyone! I'm going to try to set to more active and see how that rolls for me. I just got a watch and wasn't really sure how many steps I've been taking in a day. Today no exercise and 7600 steps so far. I've been exercising most days well over 10k so I guess we will see how I even out.
  • Added a couple friends on here. Looking for a few more friends that need to lose at least 40+ lbs. I’m 45 one child I like to do all sorts of crafts. Crochet, felt crafts and wood working. For fitness I do Yoga with Adrienne and cardio I change that up each day. Leslie Sansom and trying out a few Fitness Blender workouts…
