hey, congrats. my mom is 43 and she is having the hardest time losing weight, how are you doing it??

im doing 1200 calories a day, and I work out for about an hour or hour and a half every day. :) and mostly changing what im eating, I used to work at a fast food restaurant and I got free food so that helped with the 312. so I haven't eaten fast food for a month. I no longer drink so, which I also got free at my old job.…

thanks, that was exactly my plan, do you think i should hold off on contacting a recruiter until i lose the weight, or contact them and let them help me. I really don't know.

with working out 2 to3 times a day, do you suggest any specific types of workouts. i don't wanna do the same thing three times a day. that's gonna get real old real quick.

I have lost 30 pounds, no one has noticed or just haven't mentioned it to me. but part of me does not want them too. I think I might get a big head and stop working as hard.
