For those who are thinking of ordering JMBR, before you pay $130 online for it (like most of us), check your local Walmart. I saw it the other day for $80!!!! I think the only thing it didnt include was the resistance cable. Way good deal!

This is hard for me to grasp....so since my BMR is 1850, I should have a goal of 1800 calories instead of the 1400 I've been trying to eat? I guess I just dont understand how that will help me lose weight faster.

Also, Jillian's eating plan is generalized. I'm no expert, but I would say it's definitely better to eat according to your personal calorie needs.
