What an inspiration! I'm at the start of my journey after years of losing and gaining the same weight (and then some!) I feel like I've got so much to lose that it's overwhelming, but enough is enough. One day at a time. Well done on your amazing achievement. You should be so proud of yourself!

Make small changes that you can stick to and don't try to do it all at once! With the walking start small and build up. Walk for 5 mins to start with (but that's 5 mins away from your house as when you walk back home you have to repeat those 5 mins, so you've actually done 10 without even meaning to!) just keep putting one…
