I turned 50 on July 14th and have NEVER been skinning. I want to be successful in weight loss by the time I turn 51. I have about 150 pounds to lose. I'm tracking my food and trying to eat as I learned in weight watchers. Focusing on proteins and only having carbs in moderation. I need to start walking but can't seem to find the energy. Any weight loss suggestions and encouragement will be appreciated.

Make small changes that you can stick to and don't try to do it all at once! With the walking start small and build up. Walk for 5 mins to start with (but that's 5 mins away from your house as when you walk back home you have to repeat those 5 mins, so you've actually done 10 without even meaning to!) just keep putting one foot in front of the other...literally!0
