I'm 5'10 I know how you feel!!! Whenever I look at the scale I'm like "there's NO way thats my weight" I played basketball for 7 years in school so alot of my weight is contributed to muscle....especially in my thighs! But slowly but surely im slimming down. Good luck!!! Request sent!

I understand completely. I played basketball for 7 years when I was in school. My thighs are crazy thick. To "lose" some of that mass I do alot of cardio and walking. It definitely has helped. I feel your "pain". A few things I have done in the past 4 months is completely changed my diet and work out plan. i dont know if i have pcos, but i just went to webmd to learn about the symptoms and the one that stuck out for me the most was 'no menstrual cycle'. mine stopped around my early 20's i'd say about 21-22. once in a while i would have a 'spotting' but thats it. it scares me to death to even find out what exactly is wrong…
