  • OMG...Co Co wheats are my FAVORITE!!! You have to put about two teaspoons of sugar in them, make them a bit thicker (with milk NOT WATER) and add milk when done. They are picky little things...but soooo good with a bit of toast dipped in it!! :) Needless to say...I don't keep these around very often!!
  • I am following my calorie count well. However, to subsidise snacks, I will drink protein shakes. This takes my protien level WAY over....is that okay???
