Too much Protien???

I am following my calorie count well. However, to subsidise snacks, I will drink protein shakes. This takes my protien level WAY over....is that okay???

My trainer said that I should get about 100 g of protein a day , that is about double of what my goal says. Our body works harder to break down protein,and if you are working out we need the protein.0

My friend just saw the nutritionist and he told her to ease away from the protein- because having too much has negative affect as well such as slowing down your weightloss and also constipation-- He made a point to tell her more fruits and veggies and she already eats super healthy already0
