so I moved on to week 4 day one last night. I did not make it! The first 5 min run I only made it for 4 then on the second I just divided it up 3 min / 1min walk and then another 3 min. I will be on this one for awhile but all I can do is get better as long as I am trying I am not going to be that hard on myself! Like…

I will admit that I should be on week 4 but the 5 min scares me! So I am repeating week 3 but the 3 min are getting pretty easy now so I will have to move on. I was scared to move on to week 3 and I am fine now so I guess I just have to do it!

count me in.. sometimes I will have one every two weeks and then sometimes just one a month. They are so much heavier than ever before but only for 3-4 days. The only good thing is they seem to come earlier than I am expecting. If they were late I would freak out. I have lost weight in the past and it has never happened…

My family is in the same boat. A few things that are always on my shopping list are a whole chicken and pork roast. I throw these in the crock pot so they are done when I get home from work. I just broiled mine with old bay seasoning tonight for dinner and it was great.

saving for later, these are cracking me up. I tried the oatmeal banana cookies and my husband and kids said look Mom they bounce like bouncy balls we can just play ball with them. I threw them out!

My lunches are very limited due to not having a microwave at work. I have been buying the starkist tuna in the pouch. I add some Franks hot sauce and eat on saltines.
