I am set on losing 2 lbs a week, and i eat all of my calories, as well as at least 75% if not more of my exercise calories back. My blood sugar does seems to dip faster than it should. I was hypoglycemic while pregnant both times. I try to eat shortly after exercising, so I'm not sure if that's it.

I eat before, but not right before. I guess I try to wait maybe 30-45 min minimum after eating to start working out. I have Crohns, so I have enough stomach issues to start with, and I have found that when I exercise shortly after eating, it's guaranteed that I will have to stop and go to the bathroom. TMI, sorry.

Usually evening, as I work days, but on the weekends, I will get it done earlier in the day. Time fo day doesn't see to affect it, it happens no matter what.

I use a heart rate monitor and I would agree it's more accurate. the treadmill doesn't usually allow you to enter you weight (which does affect how many calories you burn,) and the treadmill usually gives a number much lower than a HRM. MFP on the other hand gives me a number much higher than my HRM, so either get of of…

Mine is set to 30 as well. I avoid like fruit roll ups, candy, soda, etc, but I say to heck with their 30 limit. If I'm eating lots of fruit, I'm going over it. And I'm ok with that. Have lost 14 lbs and it will be 7 weeks tomorrow, so my theory is that if I'm eating fruit, which is healthy, and go over their recommended…

I mainly use it to accurately track calories, as I find MFP estimates calories quite a bit higher than what I actually burn.

Same here...underwire with sports bra over. But the underwire doesn't seem to bother me.

Shake and bake or bread crumbs....little milk, maybe an egg, wet them and roll them and bake them. chicken tacos chicken quesadillas george foreman, then low cal bun and lettuce in casserole with noodles and campbell's cheddar cheese soup in a can, maybe throw in some peas (YUM)
