Lift heavy help please?
Help. Please. I have lost 27 lbs in the last 4 months. More to go. I have been doing a little Jillian Michaels 30DS, lots of walking, a tiny big of jogging. I want to lift. Is there a way for one to do that without going to a gym?? I do have hand weights...3, 5, 8, 10, 15 and 18 lbs. Thinking those aren't heavy though LOL…

I am looking for a little help here... I'm 32, female, 247 lbs, have lost 19 lbs in just under 10 weeks, so it's working, but I kind of want to try the TDEE/deficit thing.... get cold after exercising??
Anyone else get deathly cold after exercising? Like socks, pants, shirt, hoodie, blanket and still cold? Of course I'm hot right after I finish, but later (maybe starting 30-60 min after) I'm freezing. And I stay cold for a few hours. I drink lots of water, eat after working out and tried gatorade for electrolytes....

Low cal crackers?
I LOVE the Laughing Cow cheese wedges (35 cal.) especially the garlic herb! I had been putting it on Wheat Thins, but they are 140 cal for 15 of them. Any one have any ideas of lower calorie crackers that don't taste like cardboard?
