Lift heavy help please?

Help. Please.
I have lost 27 lbs in the last 4 months. More to go. I have been doing a little Jillian Michaels 30DS, lots of walking, a tiny big of jogging.
I want to lift.
Is there a way for one to do that without going to a gym?? I do have hand weights...3, 5, 8, 10, 15 and 18 lbs. Thinking those aren't heavy though LOL
Maybe links to a routine or set you know of? Or what you do at home? Must I buy bigger weights? What kinds of exercises does one do at home with weights?
Thanks for any help/advice you can offer!

They are certainly heavy enough to get you started. Eventually you may decide you need heavier weights or would like to join a gym. For now you can do wall sits (without weight progressing to holding weights), bodyweight squats or goblet squats with a weight, single-leg stiff leg deadlift, bench press, pushups, one armed rows, overhead press, front raise, lateral raise, lunges. Though I am now lifting heavier weights and need barbells/racks, when I first started I don't think I did anything with dumbbells heavier than what you have. My front/lateral raises still aren't heavier than that
If you can purchase a stability ball, you can use that as a bench for a lot of exercises too (chest press, dumbbell fly, skull crushers, core work)
exrx.net has videos and explanations for all these exercises.
Here's an example of a beginning bodyweight workout:

These two also look great:
