  • Are there any vegetarians with PCOS who have a low carb diet? It feels impossible to me because veggies have carbs as well!   • Like a lot of the other sistas have posted, I just tie my locs down w/ a scarf. I recently combed out my 3.5 yr old locs but when I had them, a stretchy hair tie stayed in my gym bag. Now that I have starter locs, I just slap my scarf on them & keep it moving!
