I have noticed a considerable difference between the over weight me and the shredded me. I am now in full control of the boat! I complete marathon sessions rather than short sprints. I am also surprised at how quickly the reload process takes now. Seems the ammo is limitless as long as there is plenty of water to rehydrate.

I bring a myoplex protein shake to work and sip on it when I get hungry. Both before and after lunch. It tastes like chocolate milk but contains 42 grams of protein. :) This has always worked for me and I burn a ton of calories every morning.

I try to split it up into pushes and pulls, upper and lower... 4 days in a row or 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. mon - pushes chest and triceps Tues- pulls back and biceps wed - pushes squats, leg extensions, calves thur- pulls leg curl, ABS!!! I have found that for the best results.... By results I mean the most bang for your time... I do cardio first in every workout. Once your heart rate is up and has been for more than 25minutes... I eat Mahi Mahi everyday for dinner. No bones, no fishy taste, easy to make and very low in calories. If you can stand Salmon... It's the best for you. I now love salmon, but admit it took me a while to acquire the taste. :)

Sounds like bad gas... aka water in the tank.... However this would cause it chug when pressing the gas pedal. Since it's doing it at idle, it could be a bad spark plug, clogged injector, or even a timing issue.

I understand what your friend is saying... but disagree with the approach. Lean cuisines can make you retain water since they are mostly packed with preservatives like salt. I lost 60 pounds eating clean and sticking to 1200 calories per day net. Allowable foods include: - Oatmeal - Brown Rice - Black Beans or Kidney Beans - Greek Yogurt - V8 juice - Whey Protein - Flax seeds and oil - Olive Oil - Cottage Cheese - Fish & Shrimp - Grilled chicken I also worked out everyday for about an hour.

When I loan money to friends it is a gift. You can't expect to be paid back, if they had the means to take out a loan and pay it back they would. So the fact they are coming to you for cash, means that they cannot pay it back, so I never expect it back.
