Actually your body needs fuel to burn off the last 15 lbs. I would up your calories to around 1450 instead of 1600. 1600 is a good maintenance if your goal weight is 160 lbs. @adolson13 - bahahahahahaha

Running burns the most calories IMO. You want to keep your heart rate high during your workouts. Running is a good way to keep your heart rate up.

I work a desk job. I have found that I have to get up early every morning and hit the gym first thing. Otherwise I am too stiff at the end of the day to get anything effective going in the gym.

Your body loses fat from head to foot and foot to head. It does not start from the center out... So burning your arms and legs first is the correct approach. If he did not budge on your request then MONEY WELL SPENT!!!

Yes I am the result of the Fat Flush Diet... I recommend that everyone start with Fat Flush to rid your body of toxins before you start a heavy diet routine. I learned a lot about the importance of fiber, and being clean inside. I would not recommend this as a long term diet however.
