Your one tbs to one tbs would make it very thin but sometimes thin is good just depending on what you are using it for. The suggested amount is 2 tbs powder to 1 tbs water. I am thinking the same thing about trying the PB2. I personally would not add any more wet ingredients. I'm not sure what type of white rice you are using it could be instant but the rice I use is just plain white long grain rice. I just measured 100 g of it and it measures out to 1/2 cup. 1/2 cup of this rice uncooked will make 1 cup of cooked rice. Hope this helps....

a good alternative to spaghetti pasta is spaghetti squash and also there is are Shirataki noodles. I have tried both and like them. You just have to remember it isn't pasta and it will have a slightly different texture but it is a good alternative. My favorite of the two is the squash.
