I absolutely love Foodwishes. Every recipe of Chef John's that we've tried has turned out perfectly. I've learned a lot from his videos. Lately, I've also been watching Sorted's cooking videos, as well.

I'm making eggplant "lasagna", using a ground turkey spaghetti sauce, eggplant, and reduced fat ricotta and mozzarella.

People moved a lot more and EVERYONE over 16 smoked like chimneys! ETA...this is the same reason women in France are still relatively slim; lots of caffeine and nicotine...

As someone else pointed out, they are high in sodium, but when I have a serious craving for macaroni and cheese, the Blue Menu stuff is really good!

A fantastic place for ground turkey recipes is Skinnytaste.com. I've made the turkey zucchini burgers, as well as the turkey meatloaf, and my entire family loved them. She has lots of other recipes for it too, that I plan to try.
