Same problem here! I swim, walk, lift weights, bike to work everyday (weather permitting) and NOTHING!!! had all the blood work done and everything is fine. my DR said welcome to the over 40 club, you may just have to get used to it..... not what I wanted to hear and I will not accept that as the end of it. Something else…

I go to water aerobics 2X/week and it is a great work out! anyone, even non-swimmers can do it! you might like it.... it would also help you get more out of your pool membership.

I count vaccuming the entire house and washing the floors with a squeegy as light house work. I count waxing the car by had and washing the floor by hand as heavy house work.

I do this everyday (except when it is raining and to windy as I end up having to walk my bike into the wind cause I can't get going any faster than I can walk....) I LOVE it!

HOLY COW ME TO! I went to the doctor to get my thyriod and blood checked but everything is normal..... I can bloat up to 3 inches every day!! it is so horrid. I end up looking 6 months pregnant by noon and have to change my pants or suffer all day being uncomfortable!
