Hello. nothing wrong with processed as long as you watch your sodium intake and always keep it within your cal limit. I am not a whole food pusher by any stretch of the immagination but I do cook most of my meals from scratch. sandwich meat is fine by me.

have cuncussed myself on the keyboard a few times but always manage to stay awake with a short walk and a laugh at myself.

get any and all shots you can. the more we protect ourselves the more we are preventing pandemics!. we have polio, rhubella, measles, etc resurfacing all over the world, killing people in massive numbers bacause people "thought" they were erradicated. guess what, the're not! Protect yourself, protect your children!

yes this is possible, but you must apply patients above all else!!! don't give up the wine, just drink it in MODERATION (a glass a day will not hurt if it fits into your calorie count!) I did not cut anything out completely just started consuming it as a treat every once in a while or made it fit into my calorie count.

Can't wait to watch season 4!!!! as far as I know they loosely follow the comics but with adaptations to make the tv show more watchable..... I am now watching the entire thing from season 1 to present in preparation for October!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST: when people leave the toilet LID open when they flush. (did you know that the dirty toilet water gets splattered on all the walls and floor surrounding the toilet in a 2 foot radious when it is flushed with the lid open?!)

when people don't signal until they are 2 feet from the turn! when people park to close to my car and I can't get in. when people leave used kleenex on the counter and don't throw it in the garbage! YUCK! when people think they are all that and a bag of chips and I know they are not!

I Had the same problem. I bloated (gas was unbeleavably embarassing) so bad I had to change my pants 1/2 way through the day (up a full 2 sizes!). I started taking align and watching my gluten intake and have been fine since.

I was 32 when I got pregnant and I was so scared to get huge and lose my body. I did water aerobics classes 3 times a week while I was pregnant and for the whole year after I had my baby. it helped SOOO much!! I was back to my normal self in3 months... I would highly recommend water aerobics (aquasize classes).

I bike, swim, hike (ID of plants at the same time), canoe, but not looking to hippie-up.... went to school and did some con & rec classes also some adventure/tourism stuff. Love the outdoors.
