Yes of course I tried to slim down. I bought myself a size 8 drew (US 4) 7 months ago. Turns out I couldn't quite do up the zip, although was very close, so wanted to quickly and those last 5-6lbs. I don't see too much harm in that to be honest :S

It was over a year ago that I did excessive cardio and 1200 calories. I only do HIIT for cardio no 2-3 times a week. I have been low since October and since then I don't do as much cardio as I don't enjoy it. I do 45-1hr of weights 3-4 times a week. with water weight, is that physical weight or just on the scales? sorry just to add to the last point about what the first monday should be, is this based on a weekly average of calories?
