  • I had a look at your condition on Google, and they have a lot of suggestions about what you can and can't eat. I would suggest perhaps finding a site where you can just key in ingredients and it comes up with a list of recipes using the ingredients. And then maybe substituting some ingredients to your taste.

  • I love Jillian's workouts! I have 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30, amongst others. Even though I am very, very well padded, I still saw results after finishing the Shred. :) Question, though, how do you all enter it into your exercise diary? Cardio, weights?
  • Kim, I found it much easier when I found music I love that had a beat that fitted my running cadence. I run at around 166bpm, so I googled songs that had a beat around that :)
