I think if you lose enough fat, it will go away. I have had 2 c-sections and my stomach is flat. I wasn't sure it was possible either, TBH.

Made this last night and it was SO good! Counted up the calories as I was making it and was 407/serving for 6 servings.

Thank you. I'm going to try this tonight. I did enter all the ingredients in MFP and the calories ended up being 450/serving for 6 servings.

I'm fairly new to MFP so I think this is very helpful for us newbies. I'm going to calculate my numbers this weekend and see what I come up with. I feel like mine may be overestimating as well. Yesterday I did 30 day shred and for 27 minutes said I burned 249 cal. That's quite a bit more than what MFP says for General Circuit. Since I'm worried that my HRM may be overestimating, I'm afraid to eat back my exercise calories.

Sportline no chest strap. It has a heart rate monitor and a calorie monitor. I used the calorie monitor.
