Is the order in which you do the exercises important? The gym that I go to is pretty busy. Someone was using the rack but the chest press was open so I did that first instead of squats. Is that ok or should I make sure to do the exercises in order?
I just bought a HRM so I thought I'd try it out on Jillian Michaels Killer Abs. After 30 minutes the HRM said I burned 39 calories. That seems pretty low considering when I log 30 minutes of circuit General it gives me 210. Does it seem like the HRM is off? The DVD has some cardio but not a lot but I still work up a sweat.
