You'll be sore for the first few days, but if you keep pushing through, eventually your body will adjust and it will be easier for you. Just do what you can. If you need to take a break every 5 minutes, do it. And as you continue, you'll find yourself needing less and less breaks. :)

You could have lost fat and gained muscle. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat! Just keep your head up. :)

Thank you everyone, I really appreciate it! It happened last Sunday, and today I have to admit, I'm doing pretty well. Haven't cried once! haha. :) I'm slowly starting to eat again, but I am still having a little trouble with that aspect of it.

Sorry, what I meant to say was that I eat 2.5 cups. Not that whole bag, lol.

It says on the box 30 calories for each cup popped. And there is about 2.5 servings per bag. :) I enjoy string cheese too, but here it's actually not very good for you.
