Hi I am starting today I did callanetics back in the 80s and loved it. I have been saying for years now that I am going to find those videos and start again so now I finally found them, I have to go out and buy a VCR but I am starting today. Yay!!

I am Not certain but pretty sure I remember learning in an herbal medicine class that the FDA does not regulate supplements. So just because you don"t see an FDA approval doesn't mean anything.

yeah I am not quite clear on how to get started with it. I did not have any trouble setting time and entering all my info but now what say i am going to take my walk ,I just strap on the chest transmitter then what with the wrist monitor press mode button? hold down till HRM? then what ?
