People who pop their pimples in front of the gym mirrors. Really? You can't do that in the bathroom?

Syntha-6. It's delicious.

I flush it with my hand. I wash my hands. I also don't hover. There is nothing nastier than following a hoverer who sprinkles all over the seat.

I can't stand him for multiple reasons. But these are my big ones. 1. I don't see the point in having people touch body parts to learn about them. You don't need to do it, especially people who are not in the medical profession. 2. He had a show called "The Surgery You Should Be Getting". Where he spent most of the show…

My first picture is 3 months post-partum (April 2012). The one next to it is 7 months post-partum (August 2012). I've been out of the gym for the past 2 months due to illness in the household. I hope to get back in the groove of working out this coming year.

Having to delete people because I'm tired of seeing too many details about their sex life.

I had an emergency C-section almost 11 month ago. Here is what I noticed: It took 9 month before I would have pain where my incision was. This pain would mostly show up around the time of my period. I still will get tinges of pain but not so much that it's worrisome. I think I will always have the "fat shelf" above my…

I've been trying to get that first 5k for five years now. I would either sprain and ankle or get knocked up. I like the c25k program but now I'm trying by getting on the treadmill and walk/run for 3 miles. I have a HRM so I run until my HR gets up to 175, then I slow down to a moderately fast walk. When my HR gets under…

My name is Sunshine. I like odd names, so my daughter is Montana and my son is Gibson.

The one I use a lot is, "I'm too damn tired after waking up with a baby 2-3 times a night".

Keep running and one day when they need something remember this moment.

Wow...I struggle to get those squats in with just 25 lbs on each side.

Part of me says to stay home and rest. The other part says, "Who am I fooling?" I have a 4 year old and a 9 month old. I'm not getting any rest, so I might as well go to the gym.

I started my normal workout at 8 weeks and I had an emergency C-section.

Yep. Sometimes by 1k+ calories. I say, "Well, that was bad today. I'll have to do better tomorrow." Sometimes I do better, sometimes I don't.

HA! My daughter said I was fat yesterday and that I was having a baby. It took me a whole day to convince her that I'm not having a baby.

I'm 37 with a 4 year old and an 8 month old. It freaks me out when I see people I went to school with have multiple grandchildren older than my kids.

I had a C-section and I was cleared at 6 weeks. However, it was stressed to me to just listen to my body and I will know when it's too much. I'm 8 months PP and there are still days when those planks are too much.

I agree with this.

Check out some Youtube videos about proper form and breathing techniques. According to the swimming bitty (74 year old woman who swims a mile every day), once you get those things down it's quite easy and excellent exercise.

We have odd happenings in our house. The lights go on and off. The radio will turn on and off. Our dog will randomly bark at the wall. My daughter's toys used to turn on and off by themselves. The strangest, was one night at about 9:30 pm we had 3 big knocks on the front door. I went out but no one was there. The weird…

My daughter is a picky eater. She has to try at least 1 bite of everything. Sometimes we make her stay at the table until she at least eats her protein portion and vegetables. She has a time limit of sitting at the table. Once she's hit that limit, her food is packed up into the refrigerator until she says she's hungry…

^^^^ Yep.

Maybe he's flirting with you?

I had lost weight before and kept it off until I had an ectopic pregnancy which afterwards I was told I was not going to be able to have children. I would say I was depressed after that. I then somehow got pregnant. Then it took me about a year and a half to get into my groove of working out.

When I had it I did swimming for my cardio and rolled the frozen bottle under my foot. When I started running again, I did barefoot running and my Plantar Fasciitis, shin splints and knee pain went away. So now I only workout in Vibrams, however, I would try another minimal shoe.

All relationships are you unique and have different rules. But ^^^^^ seems to be the constant.
