@krypt5 I'm sorry, but you are the one who does not understand how insulin works. Nor do you take into account that some people can be more resistant or less resistance to insulin. The ingestion of carbohydrates, even with protein, can impact someone's insulin level significantly.

I haven't seen your diary, but I bet if you cut the carbs to 50g or less a day and increased your protein you wouldn't be as hungry.

Its a little more difficult here at Halloween, isn't it? For me, cutting carbs and artificial sweeteners and fruit for 3 days straight stopped my cravings. You are getting good advice. I would also try to add strength training at least two days a week instead of walking. I would also add a day or two of sprinting instead of walking too. With the low amount of calories you consume your body has probably set your thermostat a lot lower than where it was when you started.

Mainly its the lactose-a sugar. Sugars, in ALL forms, raise your insulin level. Insulin in the bloodstream prevents you from burning fat or as much fat as you normally would, and tells your body to store the nutrients in your bloodstream as fat. Yes it does matter. Certain hormones are triggered by a certain amount of time after your last digestion. If you don't give your body enough time to be fasting while you sleep your metabolsm suffers. For those of you who feel differently do some research on this and you'll find out you are mistaken.
