I just finished W2D1 today and it was hard for me but I pushed through it! My goals for 2013 are to complete 2 5k's, a tough mudder and the Disney Princess Half Marathon. I'm in... want to lose 50 in total but 20 in the next 3 months. Ive been doing cardio 45 mins a day with strength training for an additional 20-25 minutes.
