I'm prepping for a fitness competition right now and Its alot of work to look like that. To be honest it's not healthy to look like that most of the year, its only during contest season they get that low in bodyfat. But Everyone who's said you need to lift is 100% right, you need muscle to have something to show off! That…

There's a good beginning weight lifting program on bodybuilding.com ,actually a lot of good programs, but i really liked Jaime Eason's liftfit trainer. She spells out everything you need to do!

Yes! I meal prep all of my meals except dinner on Sundays. Especially now that I'm in contest prep! I cant afford to get hungry and not have healthy food ready. I cut up all our fruits and veggies and put them in tupperware and then I usually make egg puffs (baked egg whites) to grab for breakfast, turkey load muffins, and…

I think it really depends on your body. I'm about 17% body fat right now trying to cut down to about 13% for a competition. If I have more than 1 or 2 cheats a week my body fat starts creeping up, and now I'm eliminating all cheats for the next 10 weeks to get even lower.

To me moderation means cutting out the crap 90% of the time. If doritos are something you really crave maybe start small with a pack a day and then reduce it to a pack a week. I try to eliminate anything processed except for a treat maybe once or twice a week. I find I feel alot better and I dont crave other junk when I do!

Look into either Jaime Eason's livefit trainer on bodybuilding.com or the beachbody les mills pump program! Both great starting places for lifting!

Yes! T25 is amazing! Beachbody has alot of amazing programs! I'm doing Les Mill pump right now and love it! I'm a coach on the side for them, so if you need any help/ want any information let me know!

Yes! This drives me nuts! Its not luck its hard work. I'm not "naturally" small either. and I'm not "lucky" enough to have all this extra time to work out. I worked my butt off to lose 40lbs and I work my butt off every day to maintain it and I make time for exercise and good nutrition!

I do it with exercise too. Something about it has to be even either the time or the calories has to be an even number.
