Time is going to pass whether youre on track or off. Why not make the best of it? Its a lifestyle change, do what suits you. It should not consist of starvation and boredom. Find something you enjoy, and constant motivators. Baby steps, one day at a time...remember: progress, not perfection. Good luck!
