Scissor kicks, I think, can go both ways? Up and down, left to right? I think I will alternate. One day up and down, next day left to right.

I ate 1 slice whole wheat bread 1tbs light peanut butter 1 small del monte banana Green with blueberry tea Lemon water And now going to make 1 cup of Tim Hortons coffee with cream, yes need the cream! 255 calories, (without coffee and cream) I don't like counting my cream, it upsets me! Lol
