    *peanut butter french toast*- main ingredients- low carb bread and pb2!

    didn't have sausage so I grilled up a tilapia filet to go with it, seasoned it with taco seasoning...YUM!

    1/2 cup Kellogg's Special K Chocolatey Delight Cereal
    1/2 cup Flavorite Skim Milk
    1/2 cup Flavorite 1% Lowfat Milk

    I know, this is one of the weirdest combos ever, but I actually had just enough of the two cereals to make it work. (You should've seen what I did before. I filled cereal AND milk to the rim of the bowl! After getting diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, though, I MEASURE everything with a measuring cup!)

    1 small del monte banana
    Green with blueberry tea
    Lemon water
    And now going to make 1 cup of Tim Hortons coffee with cream, yes need the cream!
    255 calories, (without coffee and cream)
    I don't like counting my cream, it upsets me! Lol
