Tuna, tilapia, salmon, pork loin (super lean and high in protein), chicken sausages, eggs, roast beef, venison. Carbs can be new potatoes, sweet potatoes, roast potato made with olive oil, oats, rice. Veg tends to be either spinach, asparagus, broccoli.

Why not rotate some different meals to prevent boredom? So mince beef, steak, pork loin, turkey, ham with a carb source...rice, potato, sweet potato, oats?

Well I've been watching a lot of Arash Rahbar videos on youtube, he has a lot of helpful advice on diet and posing. Also Ben Paskulski has some great posing videos, Lee Labrada too. Artmus Doglin has arguably the ideal classic physique and he too has some great content on youtube.

If you're losing weight each week and you aren't training for anything serious such as a physique comp then I'd continue to do what you're doing. At this stage at least.

Pork with crackling, beef dripping roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, Jamaican rice and peas with peppered steak, pasta, fish and chips, full english breakfasts, SPAM, endless thai curries so long as they're full of coconut milk, slow smoked brisket and pulled pork, sausages, chorizo, tapas, pierogi etc etc

Sauerkraut is really useful to have in the cupboards. Tastes great, zero preparation (unless you make your own) and fermented foods have been shown to be good for health. You can also stick it in or on just about anything.

Just eat in a slight surplus and continue lifting, don't chase a specific weight and don't fall into the trap of getting fat chasing mass, classic mistake for natural lifters. You look good as it is, steady improvements is all you need.
