Might be eating something that causes you to retain water, hormone fluctuations, water intake not consistent etc. You're quite lean and the leaner you get the more noticeable these fluctuations are, I know i change a lot during the course of a day never mind a week.

OMG yes we get it! I'm agreeing with the main jist of her post, that there are no excuses, that you put yourself in the position you find yourself in.

The whole notion of 'functional strength' and that compound lifts are the be all and end all. Newb's concentrating on only compound lifts and not doing enough to build whats most important...mind muscle connection. Dedicating whole workouts to just abs....fkn LOL. The notion that a calorie is a calorie, no if one causes me…

Brine the chicken breasts if you have time, makes a huge difference. Cook them like this, hot and fast. It seams to seal the skin and keep the juices inside, I've had them squirt all over (uhhhh) when I've cut into them so be careful of that. A temperature probe with alarm is very useful, tell's you precisely when to take…

Wow. One of the best posts I've ever read on this forum.

I'm actually 32! Doctors don't know what happened to my primary hyponogadism but in taking sustanon 250 every two weeks. I'm hoping the muscle building will improve my physique but the tummy has always been an issue. I've got a pic of it but I'm very self conscious. [/quote] Give it time, nobody builds a good physique…

Eat some sugar free jelly.

I read that title wrong...

@jdscrubs32 For front delts I use front raises, both under and overhand grip. I also do plate raise too. Side laterals...standing, single handed, seated, with dumbbells, small plates or cables (try starting the raise from behind your back with cables, really seams to increase the contraction). Rear delts you have so much…

@nichell88 I think it's called surimi in the states?

Sliced cooked lean meats, boiled eggs, crab sticks, pb2 or similar...

That diet is everything and that you don't need to press overhead for great delts.
-
Bench numbers are impressive too!
-
Looks fairly decent, I'd throw some side laterals and a rear delt/upperback exercise in there too. Personally I'd stick with raises for shoulders, no need for overhead presses.

In short, carbs..oats, sweet potato, rice etc. A bowl of porridge with some honey and a banana does wonders preworkout.

LOL @ thinking anyone's going to watch that.

Why such a long break? Have you tried a 48hr refeed at any point?
-
Uhhh yeah!

Preferably free weights with some machine work thrown in but...do what you enjoy for now, do what actually keeps your enthusiasm up and keeps you training...if you enjoy the machines then so be it.

I've got a set of keys so I can go when I want. I prefer to have company there in all honesty though.

Loads you can do. Recently had to pump up for a show when there wasn't any weights around and I was surprised the work you can get in with a back pack and a couple of large water bottles!

No you don't, I've never followed a routine in my life (tell a lie, I did Ed Coans deadlift program...what a mistake) but but BUT you better have a real strong understanding of training in general and know the importance of balance. Most who don't follow a routine end up with a huge chest and biceps and not much else…

2 choices...move out or lay the law down in a 'not nice way'...which is something we all have to do in life from time to time unfortunately, otherwise you end up in situations like this.

I don't log at all unless I'm in the real depths of contest prep. I did a couple of years of logging food and in that time you learn so much, I can look at a piece of meat and generally I can estimate the weight within 50g. I know by look, feel and energy levels if my diets not right. I think everyone should log their food…

It's going to be a huge upheaval, it's going to be tough BUT we're only here once...I think you know what needs to happen. Good luck.

I'm a member of two gym's, one is a commercial gym I've been a member of for years called Total Fitness. It has a pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam rooms, saunas, cafe etc. A hell of a lot of equipment but not all of it is that great. Terrible music, near non existent atmosphere, staff have a fit if you take your top off for…

Smoke daily and I've been running keto in contest prep recently. I'm rarely heavily in ketosis according to the sticks but then I have quite regular refeeds and my body morphs incredibly quickly on keto, so I couldn't careless about how deeply into ketosis I am. Whether this is affected by THC is anybodies guess.
