okay at risk of sounding mean you cannot get to weigh 111kg, than say I cannot eat 1400 calories a day its too much. How in the heck did you get to be that heavy than? Sorry but its not by eating 1200 calories a day.

i just read up on DNP cause I never heard of it, it does not sound pleasant says the angel on my left shoulder. but losing half pound a day would be tempting says the devil on my right shoulder

I don't overeat though, I just don't get it. I wish I could stop the number obsession, but as someone who grew up obese teenager and young adult its hard not too.

it is so hard to convince myself to eat more to lose weight, \I know u must all understand that. Also, sometimes I find it hard to get the 1200 in. Could always eat a protein bar somewhere and a handful of almonds or something. Have any of u tried this, and did eating more actually work?

Thank you for asking that question. It leads me to this question I eat 1200 calories a day, burn roughly 500-600 doing exercise but still eat only 1200. I feel like eating those calories counteracts the exercise, it is very hard for me to lose weight. Took me almost 2 months to lose 7 pounds. I was not cheating and…
