Ok I am officially addicted to raw unpasteurized honey. My favourite is light peanut butter and honey on two pop crisps(rice cake like things), anyone else got an addiction?

how accurate are treadmill calorie counters
i weigh 145 pds, briskly walk at 3.7 with a 14inclind, when finished I am saturated with sweat and I can feel it in backs of thighs and buttocks, treadmill says I burn roughly 600, is that possible, O yea my HR sits about 120, normal resting for me about 55

ok its quarter to one in the morning I have been up since five, stretching my calories/meals until tomorrow morning is hard because I am hungry, What do any of u do when awake for prolonged periods of time? I figure when I go to sleep in morning I will start over when I wake up ?

gained 4 pounds one day SERIOUSLY?
yup weighed in this am first thing in the morning necked, and up 4 pounds from yesterday, the first day \I ate back my exercise calories, coincidence???

I just weighed myself after 12 days of not weighing in. (intentionally because I become obsessed) in 12 days of eating only 1200 calories a day , tracking every bite, and burning at least 600 calories a day at the gym.(and not eating those extra calories) I lost one pound. Yesterday I explained I was eating 1200 calories a day, exercising about 600 calories away per day(not eating them back) and no weight loss. The common census was to increase my daily intake. I need advice
I need advice. I eat 1200 calories a day, burn roughly 500-600 doing exercise but still eat only 1200. I feel like eating those calories counteracts the exercise, it is very hard for me to lose weight. Took me almost 2 months to lose 7 pounds. I was not cheating and tracking daily.
