bananas ... pickles (although high in sodium good to prevent cramps), also i recommend bringing a small towel or rag to dip in the ice water and put on their necks in between games, i know you asked about food but you'd be surprised how much it helps prevent overheating... Sadly as an adult my cooler no longer has kid…

i keep seeing this topic over and over again... I wonder how often women are actually looking to build muscle as much as they are just looking for it to start showing. Time and time again, you see people make the statement that there is no such thing as toning, if you're not building muscle, then you need to be burning fat…

Yeah, closet door has to be shut before i sleep... (i feel much better about this after this post) ... Also , I secretly correct things in my head such as "why cant i loose weight" and "he is hear" and "that's there dog" ... it was a struggle to even post this...

focus on really engaging the core and form ... make sure you breathe and core is contracted for every rep. V sits and hold it !! Also planks and side planks, you can you tube some tough variations.

Truth, my dress pants are tighter today around my quads after lower body and total body T25 back to back (oh and 2 night's of double headers playing softball).... I know it's not gains, but my pants don't know that. :sad:

My knees start to come in when i get fatigued and my quads start trying to compensate. Honestly, the best advice I can give is to slow down and really focus on form, be mindful of your knees and keep working at it until you get the basic form down. Quality beats quantity. I work 12 hour shifts and suck at meal prepping... I pack a couple of the EAS carb control in my lunch box and it helps me get through the day without hitting the snack machine and it fixes my chocolate craving. However I am eating at least one meal and some fruit during the day as well.
