You need to wet it.... I have the same one and if it's not wet it doesn't get a good connection!!! And don't worry about hurting it, the directions even tell you to rinse the whole thing out when done anyway so they are made to get wet!!! The have special stuff to put on there, but water works just fine.

Mini grill! I have a small george foreman that I got from walmart for less than 15 dollars and use it daily! If not, aside from the sodium the healthy choice, smart ones are designed to be portion controlled. They are also relatively cheap!

I have dabbled with my Turbo Jam set and love it... I just need to fall into a routine. I am using this set so that I can work my way up on the beachbody ladder and get into the harder workouts without dying!

I too have ruined many pairs of jeans because of my thunder thighs....It is so depressing because it's already hard to find jeans that fit when you butt and thighs need a bigger size jean than your waist.
