I work swingshift and just count from midnight to midnight.... I find that the only thing that really seems to hinder my losses is not sleeping enough. Other than that you just have to balance out what your body needs while you are on shift. For some its a meal or two and for others it may be a meal and a snack to get you…

I work swing shift and when I swing into my graveyard shift my weight just doesnt budge....Once I get back on days or evening and can get at least 7hrs straight the weight just seems to melt off. Sleep = positive results (you feel better, you look better, and the body functions better)

I have only logged cleaning and yardwork one time each... I spent well over 5 hours cleaning someone elses house and let me tell you it was a mess. Then another 3 and 1/2 hours doing yard work in 90 degree heat the next day. Other than that I see calories burned by these activities as a bonus, I just don't count them…

I circuit train when I lift with very little time in between exercises, just enough to move to the next machine or pick up a heavier set of weights depending on the work I'm doing. I use my HRM and am trusting in results until the numbers show otherwise. Counting calories is not an exact science, there is wiggle room....…

I have about 90 to lose (well 70 now) and think this is good for any fitness level. It's a workout but you do what you can, the key is to keep moving. If you find yourself at point where you need to stop, march in place until you catch your breath then get back in there. You got this!
