In all honesty it sounds stupid, but if you have some vanilla extract, drop it in some milk, it's a healthy vanilla milkshake, it's creamy and sweet

Yup, I make myself laugh, I console myself when I'm upset, I'm a mean cook and cleaner, I will never say my bum looks big in that dress and I would never ignore myself or not put my needs into consideration.

I find the best way to cleanse the body is to remove it of things that are actually bad for you, like refined sugars, alcohol and junk food...you know...a healthy diet, rich in vegetables of all colours, lean meats, wholewheat/wholemeal carbohydrates and plenty of water.... exercise works a treat too
