If you have to have the surgery I would say go with the lap band. I had a friend that had the bypass surgery and had complications from it and was under nurished. His body couldn't handle it anymore and he passed away, at a young age.

I don't know if it is true or not, but you can do abdominal exercises everyday because those muscles are the fastest recovering muscles on the body. This is something I heard years ago from a trainer, but it might not be a true statement.

This topic came at a perfect time. Yesterday my doctor told me yesterday to start eating small snacks every 2 - 3 hours to control my hunger, while counting the calories. So hopefully I'll see some results.

Getting up at 4 a.m. is for the birds, but it is the only way I will get my exercise in. I've been getting up at 4 a.m. for the past three weeks to workout for an hour and a half for 5 days a week. I found that If I don't exercise in the morning, I usually find an excuse not to exercise later in the day.

Just got subway for lunch, got a 6 inch ham with provolone, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions, banana peppers, green peppers, black olives and vinegar. I try not to make it a habit because it's loaded with sodium.

Unfortunately for me, I don't need to buy smaller sizes, because all my old clothes are smaller than what I wear now. I keep telling myself that I have to be able to fit into some of them by the summer, I can't afford to buy another waredrobe for summer because I got lazy.

I say go for it if that's what you want, but I wouldn't do it because I'm a germ-a-phobe. I wouldn't want to pick up ring worm or some other fungus from just leaning up against something. It's happened to someone I know.

My doctor put me on a low carb diet and made me cut out all sweetners, that's how I lost 6 lbs. in one week. I don't expect to lose that much next week, since I just started it 2 weeks ago.

I'm not sure, I haven't had any problems with mine sticking at all. It could be because you're baking them.

I had a planet fitness membership, but had to cancel it because I moved and there wasn't one close by me anymore. I had a yearly fee to pay of $40 on top of the monthly fee.
